Rent our Workshop Space

Our beautifully curated workshop space upstairs of our studio is now available for rent to conduct your own class! To support the art community, we are renting out at a very affordable rate : RM 25/ hour. (5 hours package RM 100). To keep up the good deeds, kindly clean up the space after use.

Workshop Space Rental Terms & Conditions

  1. Rental Rates & Payment

    • The rental fee is RM 25 per hour or a promotional rate of RM 100 for 5 hours.

    • Full payment must be made upon booking to confirm the reservation.

  2. Rental Hours

    • Rental time starts from the moment the renter enters the premises and ends when the last person leaves.

    • We will verify rental hours through CCTV footage if necessary.

    • Renters must book the venue rental hours correctly to avoid additional charges.

  3. Security Deposit

    • A refundable deposit of RM 100 is required and must be paid before the rental period begins.

    • RM 50 will be deducted from the deposit if the space is left messy after use.

    • The remaining deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 3 working days after the rental period.

  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

    • No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed once the booking is confirmed.

  5. Cleaning & Maintenance

    • Renters are expected to clean up and return the space to its original condition.

    • All furniture, equipment, and facilities must be handled with care.

    • Any damage to the property will be assessed, and the renter will be held responsible for repair costs.

  6. Usage Guidelines

    • The workshop space is strictly for creative and professional activities.

    • No illegal activities, smoking, or disruptive behavior is allowed.

    • Renters must ensure that noise levels are kept at a reasonable level.

  7. Parking

    • Parking at our studio must be done considerately. Please leave your contact number at the car windscreen.

    • Renters must ensure that their parking does not cause inconvenience to our neighbors.

  8. Liability & Responsibility

    • The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the rental period.

    • Renters must ensure that all personal belongings are taken care of.

  9. Agreement

    • By booking the workshop space, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.

    • Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges.
